Manish is from an underprivileged family, his father is a farmer. Manish and his wife support his father in farming. But, with a homemaker wife and father working as a farmer, it is not enough for his family to meet the daily basic expenses. Manish wanted to support his family and was looking for a job that provides a decent amount of salary. He is a graduate, and has decent communication skills, he was, therefore, counselled and encouraged to take up courier delivery executive course, which would later help him pursue a career in the logistics sector. Manish found out about Empower Pragati through the mobilization process.
He joined this course to secure a job after its completion. Manish was a keen learner in class. He has attended his classes regularly and completed all tasks and assignments on time. Apart from a regular student, he actively participated in all co-curricular activities of the training centre. The course was of 3 months duration. He acquired good communication and interpersonal skills, along with logistics operational skills.
After the course, he got placed in a reputed company and his regular determination paid off well as he got promoted to HR Executive from a Courier Delivery Executive in PWS Technosoft Pvt Ltd. At present, he is not only supporting his family financially, but has evolved as a source of inspiration for the youth of his area. He earns 15,000 pm now.

His father is a farmer by profession. He was unemployed and wanted to start his career and support his family financially. He opted for this course because he wanted to acquire technical knowledge regarding mobile repairing. Empower Pragati’s PMKK Bulandshahr team set up a mobilization camp in his village through which he came to know about the training centre.
He came to know during mobilization that not only he will learn and gain knowledge about the mobile course, but also a certificate will be given along with placement assistance. This motivated him to join the training institute. From the start of the course, Nazrooddin was really smart and understood all the theoretical lectures. He was always attentive and sincere during the practical sessions. In fact, he was also part of all extracurricular activities of the training centre and spread awareness about the Skill India mission in his neighbourhood. He was groomed in personality development and computer proficiency skills. It was a 3 months course.
He got placed in Card Expertise, right after completion of the course. Not only is he currently supporting his family financially, but he is now a role model for young candidates in his village, who also want to study at PMKK Bulandhshahr and start their career. He earns 8000 pm now.
