APSRTC receives Kaushalacharya award for efforts in skill development: APSRTC has received the Kaushalacharya award for its efforts in skill development. It has recruited 5,397 apprentices who were diploma- holders from the Industrial Training Institute.


ADBU holds its ninth convocation on a Virtual Platform: Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) held its ninth convocation on a virtual platform. Degrees were conferred on 908 students.


Amazon India expands its fulfilment infrastructure with two new FCs: Amazon India has expanded its fulfilment infrastructure in Telangana with two new fulfilment centres (FC) in Hyderabad ahead of the festive season. With this infrastructure, Amazon now offers storage capacity of more than 4.5 million cubic feet spread across four fulfilment centres to its more than 23,000 sellers in Telangana.

‘Gift a Career’ initiative by Tech Mahindra: Tech Mahindra Ltd. has started an initiative called ‘Gift A Career’ to upskill the youth across India. The training will be offered through Tech Mahindra Foundation’s SMART centres and academies across 11 locations in the country.

NSDC collaborates with Khan Academy India: NSDC has collaborated with Khan Academy India to offer free foundational mathematics courses for Indian youth. As part of the collaboration, Khan Academy has curated 2100 minutes of online courses in English and conversational Hindi language, which will be available to learners through NSDC’s eSkill India portal. NASSCOM FutureSkills partners with DeakinCo. to equip IT workforce with essential future skills: NASSCOM FutureSkills has partnered with DeakinCo. to equip the workforce of the IT-BPM industry with essential future skills. It aims to offer short courses to skill, re-skill and up-skill both individuals and the organisations through the FutureSkills platform of NASSCOM.
