Thank you trainers and master trainers for making a big difference in our lives! This is the core message from all the trainees who joined us in celebrating Teacher’s Day, Trainer’s Day and Master Trainer’s Day.

We are overwhelmed with the video messages from trainers who have shared their stories of passion and grit in being a vocational trainer or a master trainer. Let’s appreciate the efforts of professionals who have embarked on a journey to create a positive impact in the lives of many youth through skill-based training.

Vocational training is a combination of multiple skills – teaching, coaching, mentoring and counseling – depending on the course requirements and the needs of the learners.

Six parts of a trainer’s role that make it complete and whole!

The path to effective skill development and on-the-job training  (OJT) and work-integrated learning (WIL) is carved out by three key stakeholders: the learner / trainee,  the trainerand the employer / professional practice. All three of them need to be equally committed to successful skilling that results in desirable outcomes and business impact.
