Ms. Vinita Mandpe, Coordinator at Horizon Infotek
Vinita Mandpe was born to a humble Maharastrian brahmin family in a small town of Neemuch (M.P), but raised as a daughter of a Defence Officer. Her father is a retired Colonel from Indian Army. She had the advantage of going to school in different parts of India. She Started her schooling from St. James Binaguri (WB) ,moved to Army Public School Shrinagar,Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhuj and finally completed it at Kendriya Vidyalaya Missamari (Assam ).This exposure of growing up in different cities and learning in different schools , helped her in adapting to changes in life. For graduation she came back to her roots i.e Indore. She did her B.Sc in Computer Science with Honours. During her second year in college she attended a workshop on Multimedia and the field fascinated her so much that she joined Arena Multimedia for a Vocational course. During her course she got placed in the Industry. After her course completion she joined her Alma mater as a faculty and through her hard work, determination and consistency she reached the position of a Center Manager.
She has 16 years experience in diverse fields of teaching, mentoring, placements and academics. She has also received awards for Best Faculty in the west region in 2004.
Her family has always been a pillar of strength for her. Her father has been her role model. His commitment and will power always strengthened her approach towards her goals. Her mother and husband also provided a lot of support throughout her career.
Professionally she was always driven to achieve the best. She believes that Mr. Sanjay Khimesara , her boss has been her mentor. He always guided and supported her in professional life.
She believes that today’s generation though receive all the latest updates via technology,they lack the knowledge of books. She acts as a mentor to her students, not only enhancing their technical knowledge but also improving their overall personalities.
