Success Stories of trainees from Volsky Technologies

Gadapati Jaya Lakshmi, Kachiguda (Hyderabad) , Volsky Technologies Pvt Ltd, Housekeeper cum Cook

Jaya Lakshmi is from Kachiguda. She made a living by working at houses and earning low salary. Then, she was trained in PMKVY training programme in the Housekeeper cum cook course. After the completion of this training, she received a certificate from this program, and the training helped her to learn new skills, and she is working at a hospital now, with a salary of 8000 pm.

Volsky_jayalakshmi1Jaya Lakshmi was trained under the scheme of Type 1 RPL under PMKVY 2.0, and the duration was of 12 hours, followed by assessment. The topics covered in this training  were house cleaning, mopping, cooking, kitchen cleaning, grocery management,  dusting, use of cleaning agents through practical, safety, hygiene, and life skills. The training program has given domestic workers like Lakshmi, a feeling of pride and respect, as it deservedly gives special recognition to them. Before this program they used to feel neglected and ignored. Thanks to Modi Ji.

Faheem Sultana, Bapunagar (Hyderabad), Volsky Technologies Pvt Ltd, General HouseKeeper

Faheem Sultana hails from Bapu Nagar, Serilingampally. She worked as a domestic help, in 3 to 4 households, for salaries ranging from 2000 to 3000 per month. She was trained in the PMKVY Training program in General Housekeeper course. After undergoing this training, I received a certificate, and using this certificate, I am working In DLF Company now, with the salary of 10000 per month. This training has helped me a lot in reality. Thank you, MODI JI for such an opportunity.

Volsky_faheem1Faheem Sultana has been trained under Type 1 RPL scheme under PMKVY 2.0. The duration of the course was 12-hour orientation followed by assessment. The topics covered were cleaning, mopping, dusting, and use of cleaning agents through practical, safety, hygiene and life skills. The training program was very beneficial. She undertook the training program alongside working for 2-3 households.
